Within 30 days from the purchase date, SUPER SNEAKY will happily refund any retail purchase upon the return of the products, in unopened original packaging, in re-saleable condition. We do ask you however, to contact our no charge Technical Consulting line first; tell us what the problem appears to be, and give us the opportunity to provide a remedy to your particular installation issue. Please email your Paypal reference ID number for tracking purposes, and we will respond with our US or Canadian return shipping address as the case may be.
Retail orders are shipped US or Canadian post. While we will happily assist our customers with shipments that fail to arrive, it must be understand we have no control once the post office takes over; with the shipment becoming their responsibility. USPS or CANPost tracking numbers are provided to the customer for delivery status.
Retail customers have the option of ordering full replacement insurance to cover any losses or damage during shipment. This feature is offered at the purchase stage through Paypal. Please allow 10 business days for tracking & processing relating to claims.
SUPER SNEAKY will work perfectly with any type of operator except a Jackshaft type.
SUPER SNEAKY works on manual doors to a maximum of approximately 7′ high. This is due to the difficulty of physically reaching & pulling a door open / closed of greater height.
SUPER SNEAKY products are guaranteed effective in 6″ of overhead. Due to the tremendous variation in garage design & construction, as well as installer experience, we make this statement to be clear & fair to our customers. However, we regularly receive product endorsements for installations in considerably less headroom. See video with an operator installation in – 2″.
We use Paypal for web purchases. A receipt is automatically issued at the time of purchase. A Paypal account is not necessary, as they will take single purchase, but be sure to have your card information correct. Generally, when a card is declined, it is because the email, phone, or address is different from what the credit card issuer has on file. We are happy to do a manual card purchase for you by phone if you prefer. Our sales number is 905 938 9543.

SUPER SNEAKY products are warrantied against breakage or wear, and electroplated against corrosion; including salt near coastal areas. If you ever break one, or wear it out in normal usage please let us know!
SUPER SNEAKY products are maintenance free.
Nobody knows. We have never heard of a SUPER SNEAKY wearing out!
